SS. Charles and Helena and St. Francis Xavier, sister parishes, are seeking a Business Manager for 29 hours a week (Benefits are included). Must be a practicing Catholic. Responsible for assisting the Pastor in the stewardship of parish finances. Responsibilities include; cash management, account analysis, financial statement analysis, processing payroll, maintaining employee benefits and personnel files, and oversees management of facilities. Additional duties: supervising secretaries, bookkeeper, and maintenance staff (both parishes). Works in close collaboration with the Pastor and Finance Council.
